In 1981, Charles Redfearn envisioned a new approach to the cleaning business. This vision became a reality in December 1982 when Charles and his son, Chuck, established what is now REDLEE/SCS, INC. The journey began in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where Chuck Redfearn and his young family relocated to form REDLEE, INC. Charles focused on securing contracts, while Chuck managed the cleaning crews.

Their pivotal moment arrived with Oral Roberts University, a contract that involved cleaning the campus, dormitories, and faculty areas. Building on this success, Charles launched REDLEE's second branch in Dallas, Texas, in 1984. By 1986, Chuck and his family returned to Dallas.

Every client interaction has been instrumental in shaping REDLEE/SCS, INC into a larger, stronger, and more professional janitorial company. We have now blossomed into an organization that positively impacts over 100 managers and office staff and more than 3,000 cleaners nationwide. From humble beginnings, REDLEE/SCS, INC has truly become a family business that has expanded significantly.

Launch of Our Power Washing Division

In 2011, REDLEE/SCS, INC. became increasingly aware of the growing demand for professional, high-quality pavement marking and pressure washing among many of our existing commercial real estate clients. In response, our executive team made the conscious decision to invest in state-of-the art equipment and highly-trained technicians to fulfill these needs.

In short order, our Ancillary Services division expanded their customer base to include several municipalities, parking lot owners, warehouse/logistics companies, sports complexes, entertainment venues, hospitals, developers, auto dealerships, and apartment complexes. Although our growth has been dynamic we have never lost sight of our initial goal of being the best-in-class provider.
